Children's Community Health Plan Provider Portal
Important: It has come to our attention that the latest Google Chrome update release on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2020 may cause issues launching the CareWebQI Authorization Tool.
If you are using Chrome to launch the Children’s Community Health Plan (CCHP) Provider Portal and you experience difficulty accessing the CareWebQI Authorization Tool, it is recommended you close then re-open Chrome, and log into the Portal using Internet Explorer 11 with Compatibility Mode turned off.
To turn Compatability Mode off in Chrome:
- Go to the menu bar and select Tools
- Select Compatibility View Settings
- Uncheck the “Use Microsoft compatibility lists” box
CCHP will be coordinating with the product owner of the CareWebQI Authorization Tool to resolve this issue. We will notify portal users when a solution has been implemented. Please continue to check the Portal home page for updates.
