MAINTENANCE UPDATE - Maintenance will occur on the third Saturday of each month starting January 16, 2016. Maintenance should take no longer than 3 hours between 2:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. During this time, access to CareWebQI will not be available. If additional time is required, separate prior notification will be given. Visit our Maintenance Schedule to see a list of our upcoming maintenance dates.
- This prior authorization tool allows access to submit prior authorization requests, receive a reference number, an approval or review notification immediately.

Fax option going away
As of January 15, 2016, the fax number will no longer be available for inpatient admission notifications and prior authorization requests. Network providers can submit electronically using the CareWebQI auto-authorization tool via our portal. Learn more.
